Wood floor refinishing
Sealing, Staining, Lacquering, Oiling, Waxing
Although re-finishing your floor is truly the whole process, in the floor sanding business it means the final step of the wood floor restoration. This is usually the most exciting step as you finally get to see the finished product. After your wood floor has been sanded, it will need to be stained and gap filled to perfection. In the next step we are ready to get down to finalising the job and sealing the bare wood surface with varnish, oils or wax. All these methods and products have their own advantages. Type of product will mainly depend on your needs and desired floor look.

Did You know?
Did you know that the finer saw dust collected during the floor sanding can be used for filling gaps between boards, knots, and cracks ? Mixing the saw dust with clear resin produces a putty of the same colour as your floor. It is cost effective method but it’s also least durable method. As your floor moves, resin eventually shrinks and your filler either falls through into the space between the boards, or ends up in the vacuum cleaner opening once again black gaps and leaving you with a lot of draught.
